The value of having a mentor or being a mentor is often times overlooked. Whether it is a simple discussion about career paths or honest professional feedback about a decision, having contact within your profession allows for personal growth and often opens doors of communication and opportunity.
We continue to work with the HIM programs in the state and match interested individuals as a mentor with a student. If you are interested in volunteering your time as a mentor please let us know. The Mentoring Program Pack is available below. This packet contains expectations, applications, and evaluations for the program.
